As a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the LWSA relies on support from members, donors and volunteers to run our programs.
Your tax-deductible membership donation helps the LWSA's Sailing School, which teaches hundreds of children 8 to 16 to sail each year.
​
Becoming a member of LWSA is a great way to show your support for the good work that we do. Members get involved in LWSA to the extent that they desire, from support to good governance to volunteering keeping the sailing center ship-shape.

Membership Choices

LWSA offers a couple of payment options for your tax-deductible membership donation:

Annual Renewing Membership is the easiest way to be assured that you are always a members without needing to remember to renew. This can be canceled at any time.

Or, with just a one-time payment, you get a single-year membership valid til December 31st of the current year (or if you are paying after September 1st, your membership will run to December 31st of the following year.)

Whether you're a new member or annually renewing member, you can opt to receive a token of our appreciation:

Boatswain members will receive an LWSA Hat

Skipper members will receive an LWSA Hat and Tote Bag

Navigator members will receive an LWSA Hat, Tote Bag, and Shirt

Can I pay by credit card ?
Why not earn some points or miles ? Membership donations are accepted online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
(Even though our secure online payment page is managed by PayPal, you can actually use Visa or MasterCard without joining PayPal - just choose to check out as a guest.) Or if you prefer to pay by check, here is a form you can print and complete and mail in.
